⚠️ MDP Token Disclaimer

1. Tokens Have No Real-World Value

MDP digital tokens (“Tokens”) are virtual units that exist solely within the Media Digital Pro platform. Tokens have absolutely NO monetary value, cash value, exchange value, or real-world value of any kind whatsoever. Tokens are not and shall never constitute: currency or legal tender of any kind; cryptocurrency or digital assets; a security or investment instrument; a commodity; a financial product; or any other item of real-world monetary value.

2. Tokens Cannot Be Redeemed for Real-World Value

Tokens cannot, under any circumstances or by any means, be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or converted into: cash or fiat currency (USD, EUR, GBP, or any other); cryptocurrency of any kind (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or otherwise); gift cards or store credit; merchandise, goods, or physical items; services, subscriptions, or benefits outside the MDP platform; or any other item of real-world monetary value.

This restriction is absolute and permanent. It applies regardless of the circumstances, including platform closure, account termination, or any other event.

3. Purchase Price ≠ Token Value

The fact that tokens are priced at 1 token = $1 USD does not mean that tokens have monetary value. The price is the cost to purchase the token — it is not an assignment of value to the token itself. Once purchased, tokens are virtual platform credits only.

4. Tokens Are Used Immediately

Tokens are applied to unlock specific content items on the MDP platform and are consumed immediately upon use. Once used, tokens cannot be recovered, reversed, or refunded.

5. All Sales Are Absolutely Final

ALL PURCHASES OF MDP TOKENS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, FINAL, AND IRREVERSIBLE. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether: the tokens have been used or are unused; the content was satisfactory or not; there was an accidental or erroneous purchase; the account is later suspended or terminated; the platform changes or discontinues content.

6. Not an Investment

Purchasing MDP tokens is not an investment of any kind. Do not purchase tokens with any expectation of financial return, profit, or appreciation. Token prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice or compensation.

7. By Purchasing Tokens, You Confirm That You:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Have read this Token Disclaimer in full.
• Have read and agree to the full Terms of Service.
• Have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
• Have read and agree to the No-Refund Policy.
• Understand that tokens have no real-world monetary value.
• Understand that tokens cannot be redeemed for cash or any real-world item of value.
• Understand that all purchases are 100% final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Are not purchasing tokens as an investment or with any expectation of financial gain.
