Media Digital Pro operates a strict no-refund policy for all digital token purchases. By completing a token purchase on the MDP platform, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and that no refund will be issued for any reason.

2. Why We Cannot Issue Refunds

MDP tokens are digital goods that are delivered to your account instantaneously upon payment confirmation. Because digital products: (a) cannot be physically returned; (b) are accessible immediately upon delivery; and (c) have no intrinsic real-world value — all sales are treated as final at the moment of transaction.

This policy is consistent with standard digital goods industry practice and is supported by applicable consumer protection laws governing digital products.

3. This Policy Applies Regardless of Reason

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Accidental or erroneous purchase
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with content quality
• Unused token balance
• Account suspension or termination
• Technical issues on the user’s device or network
• Platform changes, content removal, or service discontinuation
• Failure to read the terms before purchasing

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for an MDP token purchase constitutes a material breach of these Terms and our Terms of Service. MDP maintains comprehensive transaction records including timestamps, IP addresses, and payment confirmation data.

In the event of an invalid chargeback, MDP reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account; (b) submit transaction evidence to contest the chargeback; (c) pursue recovery of chargeback fees, processing costs, and related damages through available legal remedies.
