What are MDP tokens?
MDP tokens are digital platform credits used to unlock content on the Media Digital Pro platform. 1 token costs $1 USD. Tokens are consumed immediately when used to unlock content.
Do tokens have real-world value?
No. MDP tokens have absolutely no monetary value, exchange value, or real-world value of any kind. They are not currency, cryptocurrency, a security, or any financial instrument. Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, merchandise, or any item of real-world value.
Can I get a refund on tokens I purchased?
No. All token purchases are 100% final and non-refundable. This is stated clearly before every purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to our no-refund policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What happens to unused tokens?
Tokens remain in your account balance until you use them to unlock content. They do not expire. However, because tokens have no real-world value, unused token balances cannot be refunded or transferred.
How do I access content I’ve purchased?
After a successful payment, your content is unlocked immediately and you are redirected to it. All your unlocked content is also accessible anytime from the My Content page when you’re logged in.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by GoDaddy Payments. Your card details are entered directly on GoDaddy Payments’ secure, encrypted platform — MDP never sees or stores your credit card number.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through GoDaddy Payments. All transactions are in US Dollars (USD).
Do I need to be 18 to use MDP?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase tokens. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Can I transfer my tokens or content to someone else?
No. Tokens and content access are tied to your individual account and are non-transferable.
